The first modular ERP. Priced like one.

No bundles. No per-seat math. No six-figure implementation. Pay per module, on your scale — and a surprising amount is simply free.

The principles

Five rules we price by.

Pay per module

Turn on the modules you need — the ledger, multi-entity, planning, inventory, rev-rec — and pay for those alone. Bring your own GL or CRM for any piece you’d rather keep, and pay nothing for the module you didn’t take.

Pay for scale, not seats

Meters follow the size of the job — your revenue band, entity count, document volume — never your headcount. Your whole team, your accountant, and your board work in the platform without a per-user line item. Ever.

A lot of it is free

The modules every business should have — the CRM, Ask Kate herself, core HR and time tracking, the document vault, the close checklist — we intend to keep free at any scale. Charging for them would just push you back into tool sprawl.

Month to month. No lock-in.

Every SaaS finance platform locks you into an annual contract — because once your books live somewhere, leaving is painful, and they price on that pain. We don’t. Caytava is month-to-month, cancel any time, your data exportable. We’d rather earn you every month than trap you for twelve.

Money moves at cost-anchored flat fees

Payments are priced like the bank rails they run on: flat per-use fees for ACH and filings, and card acceptance built on interchange economics with rewards flowing back — never a flat percentage skimmed off every sale.

What that means for you

A small company’s bill looks like a small company’s bill.

A startup runs real books, a free CRM, and Kate for less than one seat of most point solutions. A multi-entity group pays for exactly that depth. The meter follows you — it never runs ahead of you.

  • Start nearly free, grow into the modules as the business earns them.
  • Swap out subscriptions one at a time — each module you turn on retires a bill somewhere else.
  • Payments pay you back — routing volume through platform rails earns rewards against your bill.
